ChurchSuite is the church management and communication platform used by City of Refuge to help our congregation stay connected, informed, and engaged in church life.
My ChurchSuite is the portal where members and regular attenders can update their personal information, sign up for events and groups, manage serving schedules, give online, and stay up to date with church communications—all in one secure and easy-to-use place.
For security purposes, only approved members and regular attenders will receive an invitation.
Please fill out the My Details form below. You may add as much information as you wish, but only your Name and Email address are required.
Once completed, the church staff will review your request and send an invitation to set up your account.
ChurchSuite uses secure systems to help protect your personal information; only staff and relevant ministry leaders have appropriate access.
My ChurchSuite allows you to manage your contact details, privacy preferences, family information, children’s information, and important medical or allergy details directly within your account. Other users will only see your name and any contact details you choose to share (e.g. email or phone).
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the invitation, contact the church office so the invitation can be resent.
On the My ChurchSuite login page, select the “Forgot Password” option and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Yes. My ChurchSuite is available as a mobile app for both Apple and Android devices, and it can also be accessed through a web browser.
